Servicer Refresher Training Available
We offer virtual Instructor-Led Training for Servicers that would like to take a refresher course pertaining to the Invoice Management or Process Management curriculum.

IM Vendor Curriculum
The IM Vendor curriculum is available within the Learning & Resource Portal. Before you can take the Instructor-Led or Web-Based training, you must complete the pre-requisite WBTs.

After registering as a Vendor within the Learning & Resource Portal, you will automatically be enrolled into the IM Vendor curriculum.

Instructions: After logging into the Learning & Resource Portal, click My Plan to access curriculum materials and courses.
